For spot treatments we use a variety of chemicals and techniques and it is recommended that you keep your children and pets away from those areas until the carpets are completely dry.

We use a regular alkaline pre-spray if a green cleaning pre-spray is not requested for the ultimate deep down clean!

On tile and grout we use a high alkaline cleaner which helps loosen those dry soils. Grout lines can be a tough job and we have found a high alkaline based tile cleaner does the best job. It is recommended you keep your children and pets off of the tile until the tile is completely dry.
